Please take note that we have no inventory of most of the dresses. All dresses are made in our factory according to the size from buyer and usually take about 7 days for making.

Return & Exchange

Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by weddingdresses100 within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless weddingdresses100 is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

Measuring Guide

Below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size.Always get someone else to take the measurements for you. Measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment. Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over other clothing.


Bust Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.	Waist This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.	Hips Measure around fullest part of your hip.	Shoulder to Hem Shoulder to Hem(for short length dress) Measure from the highest part of the shoulder to the dress hem. (Take the tape from your front like the small picture). Shoulder to Floor(for floor length dress) Measure from the highest part of the shoulder to floor.(include the high heels inches)

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress or clothing has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress or clothing as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

If you are returning or exchanging dresses, clothing, or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

Goods that arrive defective or damaged are eligible for a full refund. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Fabbridal.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

The buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless Fabbridal.com is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

For the price and inability to try it on, I was skeptical, but from the horror stories I heard from the big name bridal places, it seemed like it was worth a try. My dress has arrived for two weeks and the quality is impeccable! The material is of very high quality, the stitching is absolutely lovely, and it fits perfectly!
